Molly and Michael got us out of the house this morning for a really nice brunch at Euro Pane in Pasadena. Everything they make is delicious, even the scones, which is saying something. Gigi enjoyed some bread, breakfast treats, and mostly some chocolate cake. She has learned to say “chocolate” now, and she does not hesitate to use the word if she thinks it will get her some.
It’s okay: if a little girl has a mustache, it’s all right to make fun of her.
This unflattering photo of me is from last week, when I was miserable and sick with a cold and a sinus infection. All of last weekend is a miserable blur. Yuck. This weekend is already much, much better. I took the last on my antibiotics this morning and I now feel like a real, live person. Cate and the rest of us are all feeling better, too.
I don’t like to make wild accusations without proof, but I’m pretty sure someone’s been taking my camera and using it during the day. This photo above shows Stephanie and Cate in mid diaper change, which essentially clears them from suspicion.
This, interestingly, is a shot of Gigi’s room.
I don’t know what this is. But I’m still blaming Gigi. There’s more evidence here, if you need it. Also, I hear Matilda is pretty good at taking her own pictures. Maybe she’s been passing tips over to Gigi.
