Can I just say that this is the best headline I’ve seen this year? link
This picture is from a little earlier in the week, but we spent today at the park with Matilda, too. We crashed Roland’s first birthday party, ate some cake (although Charlie had Matilda’s first piece in his tiny hands before we could even sit down), played with some toys (Gigi had a GREAT time riding in a red car push toy with a balloon in one hand) and rode the merry-go-round. I think we all had about as much fun as we could handle without taking a nap.
It rained on Friday here in Los Angeles, and I can’t say Gigi really loved it. This squishy face she makes is her sign of disapproval. We see it plenty, but it’s not always easy to get a picture of it. (Well done, Stephanie.) This expression also makes it near impossible to wipe a runny nose, which works out well for her, as that’s one more thing she doesn’t like.
