I got a new computer this week. It’s a Sony Vaio and it can burn DVDs. So far, I am using it to play CDs and check my email. Everything seems to be working, but I haven’t been able to get myself to sit down and install all of my software. I am too busy aimlessly tooling around with Windows XP. Hopefully, all of this new computer time will translate into me doing some writing or keeping this site up to date. Only time will tell. There is some possibility that the imminent arrival of DirecTV will destroy my productive urges. Also, I am sick, so cut me some slack.
Semi-interesting news: I just rented some storage space and Steph and I are moving our junk into a small 5×5 room a few minutes from our house. While digging through the closet, I discovered a whole box of Spring Heeled Jack – Mass Appeal Madness videos. So they are not out of print. They are in my closet. This is one more reason why the house needed to be more organized. If you would like to visit my junk, let me know and I will take you with me the next time I drop off a box of crap.
This week I sent my last two copies of Mass Appeal Madness to Amazon.com. Once they’re sold, the video is officially out of print. I’d like to take this moment to say thank you to everyone who bought the video, and a hearty “rock on” to Spring Heeled Jack. It was fun to be a very small part of the SHJ experience.
