We had an earthquake this weekend that rattled the whole house in Hollywood pretty well. Nothing was damaged and everyone is all right, but I did learn that my earthquake survival skills are lame at best. As the house was shaking, I noticed that a knickknack was about to fall off the top of our enormous, overflowing bookshelf. Rather than huddle in the doorway waiting for God’s fury to end, I walked over to the shelf and pushed the knickknack towards the back. Had the earthquake been strong enough to topple the shelf, I would have been pinned beneath a thousand pounds of books and crap. These are the types of risks I take during the course of my very exciting and dangerous life.

Hello, people. It seemed like it was time for me to add something to this page, whether I had anything to say or not. I’m thinking about making some updates around here. Only time will tell. I think there’s going to be a new Spring Heeled Jack official site again, and if that happens I’ll be helping to add some fun new SHJ material to it. Already, the unofficial site on geocities is boosting sales of Mass Appeal Madness at Amazon.com. It’s pretty cool that people are still discovering the film.
I’m working on a fairly deranged book, so perhaps sometime soon I’ll post a chapter or two up here. I’m getting pretty excited about it, and will do my best to stay motivated to finish it.
Those of you who like to dance like Irishmen should check out lisasirishdance.com because I made it for my friend Lisa. Then you can go pretend you’re Sean Connery if it makes you happy.
That’s all for now.
