Here’s a look at the fire from Pasadena. By the way, we’re all fine and our house is far enough away that we don’t expect any trouble. Although Gigi’s new word this week is “smokey”.
We’ve been back from Orlando for a while, but I didn’t really get a chance to write a post about all of the videos I put up. There are a whole bunch of them up on YouTube now, so you should go check them out if you’re curious.
I may write about some of them later, but here are two to get you started. The video above shows Gigi attempting to put all of the sand back into the ocean.
And here’s one where Gigi checks out the Finding Nemo seagulls at EPCOT.
We had a great time in Florida – it was so fun to see everybody. Thanks, Dad!

Catie’s officially crawling now. She’s like a whole new kid this week – she’s crawling to her toys, sitting up and playing with them, and is generally really engaged with everything. She’s already pulling herself up to standing, so we know that she really has walking as her ultimate goal, but for right now she’s really happy with herself. She’s really enjoying her new-found freedom.
And yes, I did kind of pat her on the head like a dog at the end of this video.
