This has been a long time coming.
(Yes, I’m being kind of cryptic.)
You know, for kids!
Actually, I wrote this a while ago, and even directed a movie based on it. (Yes, I’m still in post-production.) But I hadn’t really looked into publishing this until recently. So, good news: you can now buy this book for Amazon.com’s Kindle. I’m pretty excited about this – somehow it seems like a kind of milestone, even though most of the hard work was done a long time ago. I am also looking into creating regular, non-digital paper books that don’t require a $400 device to decode them, but for now this is a pretty good option. Trust me, if you already have a Kindle, you can afford to impulse buy my book.
Also, thank you to JD for letting me use his image on the cover. (And for acting in a movie that I still haven’t completed.)
Because Amazon doesn’t seem to be showing the description of the book on their site yet, here it is:
This is a love story told by a selfish, horrible person who may just happen to be a very nice guy. Carl Henderson was angry when he found out that his roommate slept with his girlfriend. When he saw the opportunity to exact a little revenge, he did a terrible thing. Then he met the girl of his dreams. Now Carl’s madly in love and he needs to keep his new girlfriend convinced that he’s as nice as he thinks he is. If at all possible, he’d like to do this without losing all of his friends. Hopeless Virgins in Love is a story about love and sex and friendship and betrayal. It is a violently romantic comedy.
Anyway, if you read it, I hope you like it.
In case you haven’t been looking, I finally put up a new scene from my movie on the Hopeless Virgins in Love site.

We went to see Stephanie Erdel play at the Derby last night. Unfortunately, we arrived 5 minutes after her set was finished, so I am sad to say I have still not managed to see her in concert. The Stephanie is also an actress in Hopeless Virgins in Love.
In some unrelated Stephanie news, this is my sixth wedding anniversary with my wife Stephanie, who took this photo and is therefore not in it. This is not nearly as confusing as it may seem in this post. We plan to eat a lot of food at Picanha tonight.

Molly and Michael took us out sailing on sunday. We were there for the Tall Ships festival, which had big, old boats that shot cannons at each other. I had a magical ear patch that kept me from throwing up. Amazing!
